Jim Blauch, President & Owner
Blauch Brothers is an integral part of my life. I have great friends and loved family here, making my work very enjoyable. I have been full time for 35 years, and counting my part time employment it is more like 40 years! I have served in various roles; piping and plumbers helper, service plumber, estimator, project manager, vice president and now president. I recently graduated, as an adult student, from Eastern Mennonite University with a BS in management and organizational development. I am currently serving on the national board of directors for the American Subcontractors Association. I desire to foster and model continuous growth and improvement, expecting the same from all employees.
Craig Miller, Vice President
After graduating from Eastern Mennonite University in 1976 with a degree in Accounting, I was hired for the position of Warehouse Manager. After several years in that position, I moved into the role of construction billing and later into the General Manager position. I have also done some estimating and field work in the past which has proven to be helpful through the years.
I was a co-owner of the business from 1988 to 2015 and was fortunate to have worked with my father-in-law for 20 years and count him as a huge influence in both my professional and personal life.
I am currently a member of the Harrisonburg Rotary Club and a Board member of the Lakeview Golf Club.
