I joined Blauch Brothers in late 2018 as a Service HVAC Apprentice in our Winchester Division, bringing over 15 years of retail management experience. Seeking a career change to spend more time with my family, I began taking HVAC night classes at Lord Fairfax Community College to develop my technical skills.

 

Through hard work and dedication, I progressed from an apprentice to a Lead Technician and then became the Harrisonburg Service HVAC Supervisor. In 2024, I was honored to be promoted to Service General Manager.

 

Having worked for large corporations for two decades, I am incredibly grateful to be part of a family-owned business that truly values its employees. I look forward to continuing to support our team and enhance the service we provide to our customers!
