I started with Blauch Brothers, Inc. in February of 2020 as their first lead for Learning and Talent Development.  I earned my bachelor's degree in Education from Saint Andrews University in Laurinburg, NC and later went on to earn a master's in Instructional Systems from the Florida State University. In 2015, following 24 years of active duty service, I retired honorably from the U.S. Coast Guard at the rank of Commander. I next worked four years in Training and Development for a major pharmaceutical company at both the Specialist and Associate Director levels. The knowledge and experience gained in a wide variety of leadership roles over the years has enabled me to tackle myriad challenges of Human Resources Director. Every day brings opportunities focused on improving the skills, knowledge and attitudes of the workforce. In turn, this translates to better business results to the delight of our customers. We strive daily to "Enrich Lives", and that really motivates me to do my absolute best to ensure our TEAM's growth and continued success!
