Chris Blauch - VP & Operations Manager
Chris Blauch has been serving as Vice President and Operations Manager at Blauch Brothers since the fall of 2024. His journey with the company began in 2007, working part-time during summers and school breaks. During this period, he gained valuable experience in various departments, including the warehouse, service department, and sheet metal fabrication shop.

In 2015, Chris transitioned to a full-time role in the HVAC controls division, where he worked for three years. In 2018, he moved into an estimating role, focusing on the preconstruction process. This diverse experience has contributed to his comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations.

Chris, along with his brother Matt, represents the third generation of leadership at Blauch Brothers, continuing the family legacy in the mechanical contracting industry. His current role as VP and Operations Manager allows him to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to guide the company's strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
