I have been with Blauch Brothers, Inc. full-time since 2014, and my journey has taken me through various roles including fieldwork, project management, operations management, and service general management. I graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University in 2014.

 

As I step into the role of President, I am most excited about continuing to work towards the long-term goals we’ve set as a leadership team. There are many new and exciting initiatives on the horizon, and I am thrilled to support them. I am proud to work alongside a team of passionate, selfless, and evolving individuals at BBI.

 

I love collaborating with my colleagues on continuous improvement efforts and enriching the lives of others within our company and community. Together, we are committed to striving to be the best mechanical contractor in the Shenandoah Valley, and I look forward to what the coming years have in store for us!
